A Social Solutions, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, public relations, AI-powered solutions, and related services to every client. We stand behind the value of our work and strive for complete client satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted, and this Refund Policy outlines the specific terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our various service categories.

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing or engaging any of our services. By entering into a service agreement with A Social Solutions, Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the refund terms set forth in this policy.

Public Relations Services

Due to the nature of public relations work, which involves the immediate allocation of resources, engagement of media relationships, strategic planning, content development, and outreach efforts that commence upon contract execution, public relations services are generally non-refundable. Once a PR campaign has been initiated, our team invests significant time, expertise, and relational capital into research, media outreach, press material creation, and ongoing relationship management. These efforts cannot be reversed or reclaimed once they have commenced.

All payments made for public relations services are considered final. However, refunds for PR services may be considered under limited circumstances where A Social Solutions, Inc. has provided specific, written guarantees regarding deliverables or outcomes as part of your service agreement. If those guaranteed deliverables have not been achieved within the agreed-upon monthly timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the fees associated with the unmet guarantees. Any claim for a refund based on unmet written guarantees must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the guaranteed delivery date, accompanied by documentation of the specific guarantees in question. Verbal representations or informal communications do not constitute written guarantees for the purposes of this policy.

ASSIST CRM Services

Our ASSIST CRM platform is offered with the following refund provisions, designed to ensure client satisfaction and fair business practices.

Trial Period

If you have enrolled in a trial period for the ASSIST CRM, you are entitled to a full refund of any trial fees paid, provided that your refund request is submitted in writing via email to info@asocialstrategy.com before the expiration of the trial period. Upon the conclusion of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Monthly Subscription Refunds

For active monthly subscriptions to the ASSIST CRM platform, refund requests are accepted within forty-eight (48) hours of any monthly service payment being processed. Refund requests submitted after the 48-hour window has closed will not be honored for that billing cycle. Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days and returned to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Ancillary Charges

Please note that ancillary charges associated with the ASSIST CRM platform are non-refundable under any circumstances. Ancillary charges include, but are not limited to:

Account Cancellation

Upon cancellation of your ASSIST CRM account, any remaining account balance will be returned to you within ten (10) business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment on file.

Other Services

For all other services provided by A Social Solutions, Inc., including but not limited to digital marketing campaigns, SEO optimization, social media management, web design, AI content creation, and lead generation services, clients may request a refund within three (3) calendar days from the date of contract signing. This 3-day window begins on the date the service agreement is executed by both parties, regardless of when services are scheduled to begin.

To exercise your right to a refund within this window, you must submit a written request to info@asocialstrategy.com clearly stating your desire to cancel and receive a refund. The request must be received within the 3-day period to be eligible.

After the 3-day refund window has closed, the terms of your service contract become fully binding and fees are non-refundable. However, clients who are dissatisfied with the services rendered may submit a written refund request detailing the nature of their dissatisfaction. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team, and any decision regarding a refund will be made at the sole discretion of A Social Solutions, Inc.

Initiation Fees

In accordance with New York State consumer protection law, any initiation fees, setup fees, or enrollment fees charged by A Social Solutions, Inc. are refundable within the first seventy-two (72) hours following payment or contract signing. This 72-hour refund right applies specifically to initiation-type fees and is provided in full compliance with applicable New York State regulations.

To request a refund of initiation fees, you must submit your request in writing within the 72-hour period. Requests received after the 72-hour window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed to be honored.

Once a refund request has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days and issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional three (3) to five (5) business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
